Narrator
Olivia's brought a boyfriend home! But will Tsarkias approve of him?

Olivia to Tsar
Daddy, I'd like you to meet Ryan!

Ryan to Tsar
Hi, uh... Mister Olivia's father!

Tsar turns to talk to Olivia and Ryan, his hands on his hips. Ryan seems nervous about meeting Tsar.

Tsar to Ryan
You don't sound too sure of yourself! I really don't think you're being honest about your intentions with my daughter!

Ryan to Tsar
Oh! Well... uh... I'd never do anything to hurt her!

Tsar is alone in the view now, and is working on unbuttoning his pants.

Tsar to Ryan (off-screen) Good, because if you do anything to bring marime upon my Olivia...

Tsar to Ryan

Tsar has presumably pulled his pants back up and buttoned them. His demeanor has lightened up a bit, and Ryan looks momentarily comfortable.

Tsar to Ryan
Well, Ryan, I think you're a nice guy, and Olivia seems to think highly of you, so I'll give you a chance.

Ryan to Tsar
Th-thank you, Sir!

Frame 7
Tsar drops a bombshell.

Tsar to Ryan
And if this date goes well, I'll arrange to have you marry her immediately!

Ryan to Tsar, rather stunned
Wh-what? Marry her???

Olivia to Tsar, mortified
Daddy, stop! You're embarrassing me!!!

Tsar is now holding a large gun and he and Olivia watch Ryan run for the door.

Tsar to Ryan
Yes! You've got a sizable dowry, right? It better be as big as this gun!

Ryan to Tsar
AAAAAGH!!!

Tsar looks a little surprised, and Olivia is still mortified.

Tsar to Olivia
Well, I guess he wasn't really husband material.

Don’t blink, because Lucky makes a very quick cameo. Apparently, he isn’t too crazy about my advice.  That’s okay.  I can take criticism from my cast like an grown-up.

Hiatus Update

Skaja and I toiled like the workaholics that we are, and successfully finished the Chapter 1 — The Unwanted  archive rearrangement this Sunday. If you haven’t bought the eComic, or don’t have the cash for it yet, be sure to check out this major archive change. Experience  Chapter 1 for the first time all over again!  As a bonus, the image-based archives are back!

Being that this project has been finished with months to spare, we have several more major projects up our sleeve that we weren’t planning to finish yet, but suddenly have the time to do so.

  • The complete translation of Chapter 1 into Spanish and a total revamp of the Spanish version of this site.
  • Mandarr and I will be working unabridged Chapter 2 — The Wanted eComic.  This probably the most erotic eComic in the series. It combines the original Bahktale Vasquez Hates Camello #2 and #3 mini comics, along with the never before published Dissident Priest #4 Comic Book, and special bridge pages to pull everything together.  What you see here online isn’t even the half of it.
  • Well, see what else we can get done before June 1st!

  • I would like to thank Skaja for organizing the historical notes.  I’ve been procrastinating on that project for several years, so I am glad that she finally got it done.  Skaja is a treasure.
  • I added three new tracks to the Rasputin Barxotka Inspirations Spotify Playlist. Subscribe to it and get some funky tunes from every genre of music imaginable.

Webcomics That Must Share

Cy-Boar

If you like old school indie anthropomorphic comics, this is the real deal.  With content dating all the way back to 1989, I was pleasantly surprised by how entertaining and engaging this webcomic actually turned out to be.  Watching Lou Graziani’s art evolve and improve over time was a special treat for me as a reader, and his commentary gives a great insight into his creative process.  This one is great read for retro-lovers and the young at heart.

Lacey Investigations

If you like the crime and lustiness of Rasputin Barxotka, and you want to see a lot more heterosexuality along with some possible lesbians washing a car, then you’re probably going to love Lacey Investigations. It’s about a family that fights crime but is often at odds with the best methods to do so. Yes, I realize that the blight of typography known as Comic Sans is there, often cramped in tight word balloons, but don’t let that dissuade you from checking this webcomic out.  It’s absolutely action-packed and it doesn’t let up.  The art-style is unusual and almost mechanical at times, but in spite of itself, it very effectively communicates the sexy excitement going on at every page turn.  I could not stop reading this pulpy thrill-ride.

It’s not secret that our favorite doom hippy, Sasha, is a total blue eyed cutie with his androgynous looks and flowing golden locks.
