It appears that Camello and Lucky had already called it quits before the murder. If that’s true, why did ghost Camello have an outburst about lost love earlier in the story? Was Camello really still in love with Lucky beyond just caring? Did this incident reflect something else? And, what’s this about Camello having kids? Oh boy.
